Fee

Equivalent to one month's rent plus VAT (subject to a maximum fee of £1,250 plus VAT – £1,500)

  • Accompanied viewings
  • Regular marketing feedback and updates
  • Tenant finding
  • Comprehensive referencing including credit history, employment and previous landlord
  • Right-to-rent checks
  • Tenancy agreement prepared and signed electronically
  • Deposit collected and registered
  • Inventory and check-in arranged

Rent Collection

Fee

£500 plus VAT set-up fee (£600 including VAT, per let)

Plus 10% plus VAT of the monthly rent (12% including VAT)

Included

  • Everything in Let Only, plus:
  • Collection of rent by Direct Debit or BACS
  • Pursuit of arrears and advice if legal proceedings are needed
  • Monthly and yearly financial statements
  • Deposit registration
  • Arrangement of outgoings such as ground rent and service charge
  • Overseas landlord tax handled and paid to HMRC
  • An optional Tenancy Protection Service is available at an additional fee

Fully Managed

Fee

£500 plus VAT set-up fee (£600 including VAT, per let)

Plus 12% plus VAT of the monthly rent (14.4% including VAT)
